Zafra Mojito
2oz Zafra rum
1oz Simple syrup
1oz Lime juice
2 sprigs mint leaves
Muddle lime juice, mint leaves, simple syrup
Add rum. Shake & pour into a highball glass
Top with Champagne
Warm & Sunny
1.5oz Zafra Rum
2oz Sugar Cane Juice
1/4oz Lime Juice
Swirl of Orange Peel
Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass.
Zest orange peel onto cocktail and use as garnish.
Zafra Classic Daiquiri
2oz Zafra Rum
1oz Simple syrup
1oz Lime juice
Shake vigorously & strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Zafra Rocks
2oz Zafra rum
Pour Zafra rum into an iced filled rocks glass
